Mr. Pranav Haridasan is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Axis Securities, a subsidiary of Axis Bank and a leading player in the Indian broking industry, offering an extensive suite of financial products and services. 

Pranav is known for his collaborative leadership style and technology acumen. He is committed to building high-performance teams and providing technology-driven solutions to customers with a simplified investment approach. Throughout his career spanning more than two decades, Pranav has played an instrumental role in scaling up businesses and steering critical assignments for domestic and international clients.

In his previous assignment, as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Equities at Axis Capital, Pranav played a pivotal role in restructuring and spearheading the Equities business with a primary focus on technology, compliance, and operations to build a robust, top-rated research, sales, trading, and derivatives platform. His exceptional performance in onboarding multiple large foreign institutional investors and reinventing the technology and operational stack earned him a proven track record in the industry.

Before Axis Capital, Pranav worked at Citigroup Global Markets as Director & Head of India/ ASEAN Execution Services and was responsible for running and managing all Execution avenues (high touch, electronic, program, and delta one) and also served as Pan Asia Head of Block Trading. Previously, he has held various leadership positions at institutions such as Credit Suisse Securities, IDFC Ltd, and ING Vysya Bank.

Pranav has an MBA from the Indian School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Christ University, Bangalore. He is deeply passionate about education and the startup ecosystem and is resolute in his pursuit of driving progress in these fields. As a visiting faculty member at the BITS School of Management, Pranav actively shares his expertise with students, embracing it as an opportunity to learn more and make a meaningful contribution. He is also a partner at SVP India, a philanthropic initiative to support grassroots nonprofits working towards creating a just and equitable society.
