Rajiv brings over two decades of experience in Business, Marketing, and Digital Strategy. His expertise lies in analyzing business requirements, identifying suitable technologies, and ensuring seamless implementation and transition to enhance business support. In his current role at Axis Securities, Rajiv leads the Product, Marketing, and Online Business divisions. He is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across these areas to enhance the company's digital footprint and market presence.

In his previous assignment, Rajiv worked with Aditya Birla Money as the Head of Digital Business. He was also a key member of the core team at Sharekhan, where he played a pivotal role in evolving the company from a startup to a leading online brokerage in India. He holds an MBA from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. In his free time, Rajiv enjoys playing tennis.
